₺1.5 billion investment in 4 projects from Akyapi

Despite the pandemic, AKYAPI stepped up in investments. The company, which increased its turnover by 50% last year, declared 2021 as the year of investment. The company, which rolled up its sleeves to start 4 new projects worth ₺1.5 billion 550 million this year, was founded by civil engineers Huseyin Dincel and Mahmut Asmali. In 23 years, the company has implemented a living space of over 3 million square meters, equivalent to the size of approximately 750 football fields.

20% GROWTH TARGET

Stating that the construction industry has achieved great sales-oriented gains in the face of the shocking effect of the pandemic in all sectors in 2020, Mahmut Asmali said, “Even in a period with the pandemic, we managed to increase our sales turnover by 50%. We believe that with the acceleration of vaccination, our country will quickly move away from the effect of the pandemic. In 2021, we aim to increase our sales by 50% and achieve 20% growth.” Noting that there has been a serious leaf fall in the sector recently, but that the companies that are experts in their fields, have an innovative approach and are shown as the address of trust by investors, continue their activities without any concussions, one of the Akyapi partners, Huseyin Dincel, gave the following information about the details of the 4 new projects: “One of them will consist of residential and street stores in Umraniye. The other is a high-end villa project in Buyukcekmece Lake Valley. We will develop an industrial project in Hadimkoy Industrial Zone. On the Basaksehir Cam and Sakura City Hospital road, we will build our project, which consists of a residential and street store.”

FIRST HOUSING PROJECT WITH EARTHQUAKE ISOLATOR

AKYAPI implemented Mavera Comfort, Turkey’s first housing project with earthquake isolators, in Basaksehir. In Mavera Homes and Mavera Villas, a total of 280 thousand square meters of construction, including 1,370 residences, 21 villas and 149 street stores, is underway. Mahmut Asmali stated that housing construction will be more active in locations close to transportation axes in Istanbul and said, “Basaksehir, Arnavutkoy, Beylikduzu on the European side and Umraniye, Cekmekoy and Atasehir on the Anatolian side are among the active areas.”
