‘2022 IS OUR LEAP YEAR’

Vakif GYO General Manager Onur Incehasan said, “We are planning 2022 as a leap year for our company.” Reminding that they put the Cubes Ankara project for sale in Ankara in October this year, Incehesan said, “Today, we are also offering our new investment Tablo Adalar for sale in Istanbul. In our mixed-use project in Izmir, sales will start in the first quarter of 2022. We are planning the last quarter of 2022 for our new project, which we will develop on our land in Sancaktepe, Istanbul.”

IT WILL BE AN EXAMPLE PROJECT

Indicating that they paid attention to three things while developing a new project, Incehasan said, “The first is to add value to the region, the second is to respond to the needs of the city and our customers, and the third and most importantly is to contribute to both economic and environmental sustainability. In this sense, I can already say that our Tablo Adalar investment will be an exemplary project that adds economic and vital value to Istanbul.”

1.461 REQUESTS IN 2 WEEKS

Indicating that they received 1,461 requests for the project in 2 weeks, Incehasan said, “We will complete the sales in a short time. We planned to deliver the houses in December 2023. The project is in the center of the Anatolian Side, in Maltepe Zumrutevler. It also has great potential in terms of ease of transportation and investment value.”
