₺7 billion investment move from Ege Yapi in 2 years

Ege Yapi, which has started to invest in Istanbul and Izmir, will start 7 projects worth ₺7 billion in 2 years. The company, which first offered the Ispartakule project in Istanbul, now focused on Izmir. Ege Yapi Chairman of the Board, Inanc Kabadayi, announced that they will develop 3 projects worth ₺4 billion in Izmir.

Stating that their first address was Urla Kekliktepe, Kabadayi said that they will build 74 villas. Stating that the project in Izmir Dikili will consist of a hotel, commercial area and villas, Kabadayi noted that they will build a project consisting of residential and commercial units in Alsancak. Stating that there are 462 residences and 53 commercial units in the ModernYaka project, which has an investment value of ₺1.8 billion, which they started to sell in Ispartakule in Istanbul, Kabadayi said that other investments will be in Beyoglu, Cekmekoy and Kasimpasa.
