According to the information obtained by the AA correspondent from the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, 129,18 real estate sales transactions were made in May.
In June, this figure increased by 118% compared to May and 282 thousand 218 real estate sales were made. In June, ₺2 billion 26 million 810 thousand 179 title deed fee income was obtained from real estate sales transactions.
The most sales transaction was in Istanbul
In the January-June period, 1 million 262 thousand 848 real estate sales transactions were made throughout the country. ₺8 billion 636 million 597 thousand 516 title deed fee income was obtained from these sales transactions.
Among the provinces with the highest number of sales transactions, Istanbul ranked first with 161,451 sales. Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 84 thousand 335 sales, Izmir with 59 thousand 353 sales, Antalya with 47 thousand 687 sales, Bursa with 44 thousand 309 sales, and Konya with 41 thousand 872 sales.
Of these sales transactions, 535 thousand 445 were residences, 226 thousand 901 were land, 350 thousand 78 were fields, 57 thousand 208 were workplaces and the rest were other immovable types.
