Emlak Konut GYO, Turkey’s largest real estate investment trust, has started a series of new projects that will activate the housing market. The company recently announced that it will offer 15 thousand houses for sale in the last quarter of the year. Pressing the button for new projects, the company held the first session of the ‘Istanbul Basaksehir Kayabasi 8th Stage Revenue Sharing Business for Land Sale’ tender yesterday. 14 companies applied for the land, which attracted great interest from branded housing manufacturers. Among the companies that aspire to the land are Artas Building, Ege Yapi, Fuzul Yapi and Ihlas Yapi.
NEIGHBORING NATIONAL GARDEN
The land, which is adjacent to Basaksehir National Garden, is also close to Adnan Menderes Boulevard and Gazi Mustafa Kemal Boulevard. Kayabasi 8th Stage project will be implemented on a land area of 30 thousand 56.45 square meters. Within the scope of the project, the precedent construction area was announced as 44 thousand 901 square meters. The company that will develop a project on the land will be determined in the second session to be held in the coming days.
