After its success in Kos, Greece, OKU is expanding to Bodrum, Türkiye, where it will open one of summer 2025’s most talked-about luxury resorts. Perched on a clifftop along the northern coast, OKU Bodrum will be an adults-only retreat with stunning sea views, 58 rooms and suites, and a signature Japanese fusion restaurant. The seafront location makes it ideal for guests arriving by yacht.
Six Senses Milan – Milan, Italy
Renowned for its sensory-focused luxury, Six Senses will launch its second Italian property in Milan in late 2025. Located at Via Brera 19 in the heart of the artistic Brera district, the hotel will feature 68 rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art spa, and two swimming pools.
Aman Rosa Alpina – Dolomites, Italy
Luxury Aman Resorts will unveil Aman Rosa Alpina in the Dolomites after a complete redesign by world-famous architect Jean-Michel Gathy. The resort will include two new Presidential Suites, a 280 sqm Chalet Zeno, a new swimming pool, and an expanded spa with Jacuzzis.
Four Seasons Resort Mykonos – Mykonos, Greece
Opening in June 2025, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos will offer 94 luxurious rooms overlooking the Aegean Sea. Built in the traditional Cycladic style, the resort will feature whitewashed courtyards, colorful gardens, and a sustainable design. Surrounded by secluded beaches, it is designed for VIP guests seeking ultimate privacy.
Red Sea Edition – Saudi Arabia
Set on the pristine white sands of Shura Island, Red Sea Edition will be Edition Hotels’ second property in Saudi Arabia, following its Jeddah opening. The 240-room luxury resort will feature a superyacht marina, multiple fine-dining restaurants, and a spa.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab – Dubai, UAE
Inspired by a superyacht design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will open in Dubai this summer, boasting a private beach, panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, and an exclusive yacht marina. The hotel will offer 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses, and 82 residential suites.
Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay – Morocco
Morocco’s Tamuda Bay will welcome Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay, a 55-room luxury resort celebrating contemporary Moroccan design. Set along its own private Mediterranean beach, the resort will blend modern elegance with traditional Moroccan charm.
Nihi Rote – Rote Island, Indonesia
Designed to make guests feel like they’ve reached the edge of the world, Nihi Rote will open in fall 2025 on Rote Island, West Timor, Indonesia. The resort will feature secluded beaches, oceanfront villas, and an exclusive spa, catering to adventurous luxury travelers.
Rosewood Amsterdam – Amsterdam, Netherlands
Set to open in Amsterdam’s UNESCO-listed canal district, Rosewood Amsterdam is located in the historic 1665-built Palace of Justice. Following a 10-year restoration by Studio Piet Boon, the hotel preserves original courtrooms and prison cells, blending historic architecture with modern luxury.
Faena New York – New York, USA
