20 startups took the stage on KWorks demo day

20 startups in the acceleration, pre-acceleration and deep technology programs of Koc University startup acceleration program KWorks took the stage

20 startups, who took the stage at the KWORKS’21 Demo Day event held at Arter Dolapdere, had the opportunity to make presentations and meet with experienced investors and industrial organization managers. 44% of the startups participating in the acceleration program offer solutions for deep technology, 36% for platform and software services, and 20% for web and mobile applications. In addition, 41% consisted of initiatives from within Koc University.

The startups received one-to-one expert support for 12 months, more than 20 deep and practical application-oriented courses, indoor and outdoor office support in Sisli, seed investment from UNIVEST in the investment round, the opportunity to be the first customer to solutions that meet UNIVEST’s needs, and legal and financial consultancy support over ₺15 thousand.


Initiatives drew attention with their deep technology solutions that provide health, education, social research, sustainable clean production and cost advantage. In the event where 20 startups took the stage, the startups attracted attention with their different solutions. Startups had the chance to explain their projects to corporate and venture capital investors.

Alloy Additive is a deep technology initiative that develops a three-dimensional metal printer with the integration of robotic arm and welding technologies and aims to manufacture large-sized aerospace metals in layers with the device to be created. (


Petify initiative, on the other hand, is a technology-focused social platform that brings together pet owners and service providers to develop multiple innovative solutions for the needs of the ecosystem. It ensures that all kinds of data, from the health of pets to their nutrition, are tracked through the application. (

The Jetlexa initiative, with its contract management and document automation solutions, facilitates the control of workflows and risks in contract processes, shortens the pre-signing time, and increases compatibility between teams. (

Politus Analytics, an initiative that provides artificial intelligence-based and data-driven analytical solutions to solve problems in the field of politics and social policies, collects its data from social media platforms. It performs data visualization by combining location and anonymous data with analyzes based on social media shares.
