The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TURKPATENT) has released the fee schedule for 2025, which will take effect starting January 1. According to the announcement published in the 5th supplementary issue of the Official Gazette, patent and utility model application fees submitted via the e-Government portal have been set at 67.42 TRY. Trademark registration applications will cost 1,618.17 TRY, while geographical indication and traditional product name applications will require a fee of 17.42 TRY. For design registration applications, the fee has been determined as 265.83 TRY.
