Antalya was followed by Antalya with 827 house sales, Ankara with 489 house sales, Yalova with 236 house sales, Sakarya with 200 house sales and Kocaeli with 133 house sales. According to the nationality of the country, the most house sales in 2021 were made to Iranian citizens who bought 10 thousand 256 houses. Iran was followed by the citizens of Iraq with 8 thousand 661 residences and the citizens of the Russian Federation with 5 thousand 379 residences.
