ISTANBUL (AA) – A101 Kapıda has partnered with Trendyol Go by Uber Eats to combine A101’s pricing strategy with a fast-delivery model, aiming to reach a broader consumer base.
According to a statement from A101, the company’s digitalization and operational transformation process continues to gain momentum.
Currently offering online services across many regions in Türkiye, A101 Kapıda will now provide grocery-price products to consumers through the Trendyol Go by Uber Eats platform with faster delivery times. As part of the collaboration—positioned as a significant step in A101’s omnichannel retail strategy—A101 Kapıda will operate on the platform with more than 600 stores.
The new structure, designed under a rapid-delivery model, aims to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the user experience. Through integrated order and delivery processes on the platform, the companies expect a more balanced workflow, shorter delivery times, and a more seamless and predictable shopping experience for customers.
The partnership is also expected to further expand A101 Kapıda’s position in the online grocery retail market by leveraging Trendyol Go by Uber Eats’ extensive and fast delivery network.
“Maintaining Our ‘Always Affordable’ Approach Online Is a Core Priority”
A101 Kapıda General Manager Çağdaş Durmuş stated that global competition in online grocery retail is increasingly shaped by access networks, delivery speed, and operational efficiency. He noted that Türkiye, with its young population and rapid digital adoption, is among the fastest-transforming markets.
Durmuş highlighted that one of the main challenges in online grocery shopping is that prices are often higher than in physical stores and that campaigns are not always sustainable.
“As A101, maintaining our ‘Always Affordable’ approach in the online channel without compromise is a core priority. The business model we have adopted on Trendyol Go by Uber Eats represents a strategic step toward eliminating this perception of higher online prices,” he said.
Durmuş added that the company aims to offer a transparent, accessible, and reliable shopping experience without relying on campaign-driven pricing.
“Thanks to Trendyol Go by Uber Eats’ advanced distribution capabilities, we are making a trustworthy online grocery experience accessible to everyone, including consumers who have distanced themselves from online channels, across a much wider geography,” he said.
Trendyol Go by Uber Eats Retail General Manager Tanju Yaşar emphasized that their goal is to bring strong brands together with widespread and fast delivery infrastructure to provide consumers with an always-accessible shopping experience.
Yaşar described the partnership as a significant step in balancing price, accessibility, and convenience in grocery shopping, adding, “With our advanced logistics capabilities and operational expertise, we will deliver A101 Kapıda’s products to consumers in more cities in a more efficient manner.”
