According to the information compiled from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 295 thousand 953 real estate sales transactions were made last month, and ₺3 billion 421 million 60 thousand 27 title deed fee income was provided.
Compared to August, when 311 thousand 428 real estate sales were made in September, the rate of real estate sales decreased by 5%.
During the January-September 2022 period, 2 million 430 thousand 623 real estate sales were made across the country. ₺27 billion 901 million 295 thousand 813 title deed fee income was obtained from these transactions.
1 million 27 thousand 784 of the transactions consisted of residences, 423 thousand 591 of them land, 687 thousand 241 of them fields, 110 thousand 80 of them workplaces and the rest of other immovable properties.
The province with the most transactions was Istanbul with 300 thousand 549 sales
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 154 thousand 657, Izmir with 124 thousand 720, Antalya with 93 thousand 667, Bursa with 88 thousand 125, Konya with 73 thousand 226, Kocaeli with 62 thousand 549 and Balikesir with 62 thousand 88.
