Agrotech has made a strategic investment of €1 million in Bulgaria-based Code ALL OOD, acquiring a 20% share in the company. Code ALL OOD specializes in AI-driven software development and digital platform technologies, and holds the intellectual property rights to the “Harmony” Artificial Intelligence Orchestration and AI Marketplace Platform.
In a statement disclosed to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Agrotech announced:
“At the Board of Directors meeting held on November 12, 2025, it was decided to invest €1,000,000 in Bulgaria-based Code ALL OOD, which operates in AI-based software development and digital platform technologies.
As a result of this investment, our company will hold a 20% stake in Code ALL OOD.
Code ALL OOD currently owns the intellectual property rights of the ‘Harmony’ (AI Orchestration and AI Marketplace Platform) project.”
The statement highlighted that Harmony AI, developed by Code ALL OOD, has been accepted into the Web Summit Beta Program — a segment of Web Summit Lisbon, one of Europe’s most prestigious technology events showcasing forward-looking, innovative projects.
This achievement, Agrotech said, demonstrates Harmony AI’s global potential and vision, while validating Code ALL OOD’s innovative approach and R&D capabilities on the international stage.
Under the strategic partnership, Agrotech and its subsidiaries will collaborate with Code ALL OOD across sales, marketing, and AI technology development — particularly targeting the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region and the Turkish market.
The partnership is expected to contribute significantly to Agrotech’s financial performance starting from 2026, and is described as a key milestone in strengthening the company’s position in artificial intelligence and advanced technology while expanding its international technology portfolio.
