Filika.co, an innovative Turkish startup offering AI-driven payroll solutions for small businesses, has secured an undisclosed investment from another prominent local startup, Datassist. This strategic partnership aims to expand Filika’s capabilities and transform it into a leading platform for automating HR processes.
Founded by Cagri Kilit, Filika Software Technologies recently launched its first product, Filika.co, designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) automate complex payroll and compliance tasks. The platform enables companies to streamline their human resources operations, reducing errors and ensuring compliance with regulations.
With this investment, Datassist, a well-known leader in the payroll and HR solutions sector, aims to support Filika.co in expanding its services. The goal is to evolve Filika.co into an API-centric, plug-and-play regulation technology platform that can cater to corporate entities and HR function providers.
Filika.co offers its users an AI-driven compliance assistant that helps with payroll, tax, social security, and labor law queries in real-time, providing documents and insights to support decision-making.
