Akbank Board of Directors decided to distribute ₺8 billion 996 million cash dividend to be proposed to the Ordinary General Assembly.
Akbank announced that it has decided to distribute a net dividend of ₺1.56 per share from the profits obtained from its activities in 2022.
In the announcement published on Akbank’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), information was given regarding the dividend to be distributed.
In the announcement, it was stated that the Akbank Board of Directors decided to distribute ₺8 billion 996 million, 173% of the total paid-in capital, as cash gross dividend, to be proposed to the Ordinary General Assembly.
In the announcement that the cash dividend payments will start as of March 30, it was stated that the cash dividend to be paid to the share with a nominal value of ₺1 would be ₺1.73 in gross and ₺1.557 in net.
