New investments underway in the U.S. and Türkiye
The mixed-use Terminal Kadıköy project developed in Istanbul’s Söğütlüçeşme district entered service as of May 1, 2025. Construction continues on luxury villas in Bodrum Yalıkavak, an apartment-style tourism facility in Milas Kıyıkışlacık, and an “Independent Living and Elderly Care Center” project in the U.S. state of Florida.
The Florida development will be built on a 25.7-acre site, with the first phase comprising an Independent Senior Living Center and the second phase an Elderly Care Center.
Terminal Kadıköy stands out within the portfolio as a project reflecting the company’s sustainability approach. The development revitalized previously idle areas beneath viaducts and integrated them into public use without creating additional construction density. Designed to prioritize public transportation integration and pedestrian access, the project contributes to reduced energy consumption while supporting social interaction. It offers a model of urban transformation that addresses environmental and social sustainability together.
