Amazoi, a local startup that develops virtual reality technology, cooperated with Limak Group of Companies

Working with the vision of building the simulation solutions of the future with virtual reality technology, Amazoi Tech has signed a cooperation protocol with the Limak Group of Companies, which has risen to the 50th rank in the “World’s Top 250 International Contractors” list prepared by the reference magazine of the international construction industry, ENR (Engineering News Record). In 2022, Amazoi Tech gave the signal of rapid growth by funding ₺2.17 million in a record time of 312 minutes in the investment tour it launched in fundbulucu, Turkiye’s most active crowdfunding platform.

Ankara-based startup Amazoi Tech, which was funded above its target in just 312 minutes with the successful campaign it carried out last year on the first crowdfunding platform of our country, fundbulucu, signed a field pilot study protocol with Limak Group of Companies, which operates in nine different sectors and ranks 50th in the ENR 250 list.

A POC study with Limak was carried out at the largest construction site of Limak in January 2023. The products of Amazoi Tech, whose solutions were approved with the final report of the POC (Proof of Concept) study in which 50 people participated, were evaluated as being able to be developed within Limak and used in domestic and foreign construction sites.

It has the largest software library in our country

Amazoi Tech, which offers traceable simulations and digital applications thanks to its databases integrated to VR, PC and mobile devices simultaneously, and measurable thanks to its test version, draws great attention in the market with its technology and experienced founders. Founded by Software Engineer Zehra Yasar and Mechanical Engineer Eren Yasar, who have more than 10 years of professional work experience, Amazoi Tech aims to become the Udemy of the VR market.

Prioritizing sectoral partnerships and sectoral investments, Amazoi Tech already has the largest software library in our country in VR-supported occupational safety technical training packages. The startup, which plans to rapidly integrate 100% verified digital solutions into a wide market with the sectoral investments it plans, seems to have a high volume growth potential in the vertical with its productized solutions. Amazoi Tech, which has the vision of expanding its simulation pool with sectoral on-the-job trainings in 2023, can also place sectoral products into its solutions. In response to today’s needs, where reaching the end user is extremely important for many industrial equipment manufacturers, the initiative also plans to sell the equipment used in simulation packages over the platform to be implemented in the coming years.

Target is market leadership

Talking about the signed investment protocol, Amazoi Tech Co-Founder Eren Yasar said, “We are in the market with verified solutions with a dynamic team motivated to work in a startup culture. As a venture company that currently doubles its business volume every year, we will play the market leadership by integrating different solutions into our portfolio and establishing sectoral business partnerships. We think that this important investment we have made is a big step towards our goals. We offer our endless thanks to Limak, which supports us in many segments, and we hope to experience the good results of this trust-based cooperation all together.”

We hope to see one of the fundraiser startups as a unicorn soon

Fundbulucu Founder and CEO Hakan Yildiz said, “Amazoi Tech received an investment of ₺2.17 million by completing all the targeted and additional funding on our platform in 2022, with a record number of investors, in 312 minutes. Our belief in Amazoi Tech, which returned with many awards from the fairs it attended in our country in the same year, was great from the very beginning. In the coming period, the business model of Amazoi will be needed much more. As a fundraiser, we hope to see one of our startups as a unicorn in the near future. I wish the signed protocol to be beneficial for both parties, and I congratulate our venture company for this new success.”
