
Amazon Türkiye has been ranked the most admired company in the e-commerce category in Capital Magazine’s “Most Admired Companies in Business” survey.
According to a statement from Amazon Türkiye, the annual survey—conducted by Capital Magazine for 26 years—was carried out between August and November 2025 using online CAWI methodology.
A total of 1,500 executives participated in the study, representing 510 companies across 62 different sectors. Participants were asked to select the companies they admired most both nationwide and within their own industries, excluding their own organizations. The overall ranking reflected the evaluations of business leaders from all sectors, while sector-based rankings were determined by professionals within each respective field.
For the second consecutive year, Amazon Türkiye ranked first in the e-commerce category of the “Top 3 Most Admired Companies Across 35 Sectors” list. The company also maintained its position in the top 10 of the “Top 20 Most Admired Companies in Türkiye” ranking.
Beyond identifying the most admired companies, the survey also measured the performance criteria that contributed to their strong reputations, highlighting the areas in which leading companies excel.
Amazon Türkiye, which places customer-centricity at the heart of its operations, once again ranked first in the “Customer Satisfaction” criterion. It also placed among the top five companies in “Service/Product Quality,” “Reliability” and “Innovation.”
Amazon Türkiye Retail General Manager Burak Erdem, whose comments were included in the statement, said being selected as the most admired company in e-commerce once again—and ranking among the top 10 across all sectors—was a major source of pride:
“This achievement is the result of our teams’ consistent performance driven by customer obsession, innovation and operational excellence. We will continue working to provide an even better experience for our customers in Türkiye every day.”
