With the release of 2024 financial reports, companies in Türkiye are making dividend distribution decisions. Aygaz and Afyon Çimento have confirmed their dividend payouts, while Anadolu Group Holding, BigChefs, and Gentaş will present their proposals for approval at their General Assembly meetings.
Aygaz to Pay a Dividend of 10.67 TL Per Share
Aygaz reported a net profit of 2.1 billion TL for 2024, with 718.8 million TL earned in the last quarter alone. The company also recorded a net cash position of 1.8 billion TL.
According to Aygaz’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) statement, the General Assembly has approved a net cash dividend of 10.67 TL per share from 2024 earnings. Dividend payments will commence on April 2, 2025.
Afyon Çimento to Pay 0.85 TL Per Share
Afyon Çimento also confirmed its dividend distribution, with a net cash payout of 0.85 TL per share. The company announced via KAP that dividend payments will be made on April 10, 2025.
Anadolu Group Holding Seeks Approval for 4.36 TL Dividend Per Share
Anadolu Group Holding reported a consolidated net profit of 22.9 billion TL in 2024, with a parent company net profit of 6.3 billion TL. The company has proposed a net dividend of 4.36 TL per share, subject to General Assembly approval.
If approved, dividend payments will be made on May 30, 2025.
BigChefs and Gentaş Await General Assembly Decisions
- BigChefs: Proposed a 0.62 TL net dividend per share, pending approval. Payments are scheduled for August 4, 2025.
- Gentaş: Plans to distribute a 0.255 TL net cash dividend and 450 million TL in stock dividends, with payments scheduled between May 16 and July 18, 2025.
As companies finalize their dividend strategies, investors in Türkiye’s stock market are closely watching General Assembly decisions for potential payouts.
