Berkosan becomes a partner of Norwegian Skumtech

Berkosan announced that it has decided to purchase 50% of Skumtech operating in Norway and to sign a goodwill agreement within this scope.

Operating in the insulation and packaging sectors, Berkosan is preparing to buy 50% of Norwegian Skumtech.

In the statement sent from the company to KAP it was stated that, “Within the scope of our company’s 2022 strategies, within the framework of our business volume development and growth plans, it has been decided to become a 50% shareholder of Skumtech SA, which was established according to Norwegian laws with which we have been in business for many years and operates in the “Insulation Sector” in Norway. In this context, it has been decided that Berkosan will purchase 50% of the shares of Skumtech SA, and a “Goodwill Agreement” will be signed by the parties for the said partnership.”

IT IS TO BE PAID IN INSTALLMENTS

According to the information in the statement, an agreement will be signed with an international audit company for the company valuation of Skumtech within the scope of the said contract, and the resulting purchase price will be paid in installments within a time period to be agreed upon by the parties.
