BİM, one of Türkiye’s leading retail chains, has announced its decision to establish a separate corporate structure for its FİLE brand. The company has officially initiated procedures for the incorporation of a joint-stock company.

In a statement submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), BİM stated:
“The Board of Directors has decided to establish a joint-stock company with a capital of 250,000 TL, where BİM will be the sole shareholder. This move aims to enable FİLE, which currently operates with a separate organizational structure within our company, to function as an independent entity.”
Strategic Move for FİLE’s Growth
With this decision, BİM aims to enhance the operational efficiency and growth potential of FİLE, which focuses on discount retailing with a supermarket concept. The restructuring is expected to provide greater flexibility in management and expansion strategies.
This development marks an important step in BİM’s long-term strategy to strengthen its market position and optimize its business model.
