Borusan Tedarik officially transferred to CEVA Logistics

Borusan Group has completed the transfer of its subsidiary Borusan Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji A.Ş. to CEVA Logistics, a subsidiary of CMA CGM Group, for $383.2 million.

According to the company’s statement, Borusan Yatırım, which owned 30% of Borusan Tedarik, and Borusan Holding, which owned the remaining 70%, finalized the sale after approval from the Turkish Competition Authority.

Borusan Group’s other logistics company, Borusan Limanı, will continue operating under the group’s umbrella.

Borusan Group CEO Erkan Kafadar said they are proud to hand over Borusan Tedarik’s operations to a global player like CEVA Logistics, adding:

“The transfer of our operational expertise, advanced technological infrastructure, and highly skilled workforce to CEVA Logistics is a transformative step both for us and for the industry. We see this process as a strong sign of confidence in Turkey. As Borusan Group, we will continue to pursue our dynamic portfolio strategy and contribute to the country’s development through new investments.”

Kafadar emphasized that the integration of Borusan Tedarik into CEVA Logistics demonstrates the global value and potential of Turkey’s logistics sector.
