Set across Dubai’s World Islands, the AED 3 billion development will merge the brand’s signature blend of music, mood, and design with island living
Buddha-Bar Real Estate Development, a joint venture exclusively managed and represented by Yieldhaüs, has revealed the design of the Buddha-Bar Hotel and Floating Residences By Buddha-Bar, a landmark project that brings the world-famous lifestyle brand to the Middle East in a groundbreaking new format.
Set across Dubai’s World Islands, the AED 3 billion development will merge the brand’s signature blend of music, mood, and design with island living. The project, featuring the Buddha-Bar Hotel, Floating Residences By Buddha-Bar, and Buddha-Bar Beach, was first announced at the Arabian Travel Market in April 2025 and is slated for completion in 2027.

Branded residences
The Buddha-Bar Hotel will introduce 162 keys, including an entire floor dedicated to branded residences. Staying true to the brand’s DNA, the design blends Far Eastern aesthetics with contemporary sophistication; immersing guests in a world of deep reds, gold accents, Asian colonial motifs, and ambient lighting complemented by signature chandeliers and statues.
Guests will experience curated soundscapes, Pacific Rim-inspired gastronomy, and immersive design where music, cuisine, and ambiance intertwine. The in-house spa will feature a collection of Eastern-inspired rituals and modern wellness treatments designed to promote deep relaxation.
Floating Residences By Buddha-Bar
Expanding the experience beyond the hotel, 24 Floating Residences By Buddha-Bar will redefine oceanfront living. Each residence, spanning approximately 4,000 square feet across three levels, will accommodate up to eight guests and feature an underwater suite framed by coral gardens, a sea-level living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and private deck, and a rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and dining lounge.
Engineered to glide elegantly above the water’s surface, these residences combine cutting-edge marine design with the tranquility of the surrounding seascape. Optional Bentley Home furnishings, tactile woods, veined stone, and marine glass lend a sense of refined serenity, positioning each residence as a private sanctuary.
Buddha-Bar Beach

The project’s social heartbeat, Buddha-Bar Beach, is envisioned as a day-to-night destination where sunrise, sunset, and after-dark experiences seamlessly blend. The venue will host sunrise yoga sessions, beachside brunches, and sunset DJ sets evolving into late-night beach parties under the stars.
With barefoot luxury and Mediterranean chic, Buddha-Bar Beach will offer landscaped pools, sunken lounges, private cabanas, curated event spaces, and direct beach access. Guests can enjoy crafted cocktails and fine seafood by day, before the venue transforms into a vibrant beach club and lounge by night.
