The capacity utilization rate (CUR) in the manufacturing industry increased by 0.6 points in May compared to the previous month and reached 76%.
According to the statement made by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT), the responses given to the May Business Tendency Survey by 1,743 workplaces operating in the manufacturing industry were aggregated and evaluated.
According to the survey results, the capacity utilization rate in the manufacturing industry increased by 0.6 percentage points compared to the previous month and reached 76% in May.
The seasonally adjusted capacity utilization rate (KKO-MA) increased by 0.7 points compared to the previous month and became 76.3%.
