The total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) decreased by $3 billion 39 million in the week of February 17 compared to the previous week and decreased to $122 billion 599 million.
Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of February 17, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by $2 billion 241 million to $73 billion 389 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $75 billion 630 million on 10 February.
In the said period, gold reserves decreased by $797 million from $50 billion 7 million to $49 billion 210 million.
Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased from $125 billion 638 million to $122 billion 599 million in the week of February 17, with a decrease of $3 billion 39 million compared to the previous week.
