Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye’s reserves increased to $111.9 billion

The total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye increased by $280 million in the week of September 2 compared to the previous week and rose to $111 billion 927 million.

Weekly Money and Bank Statistics have been published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT).

Accordingly, as of September 2, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank increased by $1 billion 472 million to $72 billion 295 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $70 billion 823 million on 26 August.

In the said period, gold reserves decreased by $1 billion 192 million from $40 billion 824 million to $39 billion 632 million.

Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves increased by $280 million in the week of September 2 compared to the previous week, from $111 billion 647 million to $111 billion 927 million.
