
Total foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank (CBRT) increased by $952 million in the week of April 8 to $109 billion 913 million.
Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT. Accordingly, as of April 8, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank increased by $861 million to $67 billion 718 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $66 billion 857 million on 1 April.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE RESERVES REACHED $110 BILLION
In the said period, gold reserves increased by $91 million from 42 billion 104 million to $42 billion 195 million. Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves increased by $952 million in the week of April 8 compared to the previous week, from $108 billion 961 million to $109 billion 913 million.
