Bright, spacious, forest and grove views stand out in the new luxury criteria. According to Knight Frank 2020 The Wealth Report and the World Cities Culture Forum, the price increase potential of the residences adjacent to green spaces, parks and groves has increased by 47% compared to other residences in the city.
