DogGO received an investment of ₺5.4 million with crowdfunding

DogGO, together with Startup Here, received an investment of ₺5.4 million in the crowdfunding investment tour with a target of ₺4.5 million.

Turkiye’s first mobile application and controlled marketplace DogGO, which provides safe dog walking and home care services to pet families, received an investment of ₺5.4 million with crowdfunding. The initiative, which we have shared with you that there is a 60-day campaign period as of October 31st, reached its targeted investment with Startup Here in a very short time like 10 days.

Founded in 2018, DogGO received investment from Hedef Portfolio Management, Startup Burada GSYF, VeVentures, EGIAD and Angel Effect.

DogGO provides its users with a detailed profile of their pets, providing easy service request and tracking feature, smart and suitable matching, and 24/7 customer service that can support all the needs of their pet, thanks to the application.

Mehmet Ogul Gursoy, one of the founders of DogGO, said, “In a period of increasing adoption, pet families cannot meet the needs of their pets as they should due to their busy work and life. In this respect, it is of great importance to provide secure, traceable and corporate services to users. As DogGO, we have been achieving this goal step by step since the application was launched in 2019. We currently have 9000 trained Walkers in Istanbul. To date, we have provided over 200,000 services and achieved 97.7% customer satisfaction based on the feedback from DogGO’s users. Over 150,000 users and tens of thousands of pet profiles are registered in our application. In addition, we make agreements with corporate companies for their employees or users, so that all pet families can benefit from DogGO when they need it.”

After the investment tour, DogGO plans to diversify and develop its service products in 2022-2023, together with its Izmir and Ankara expansions, and to be a platform that also responds to the needs of all pet families for veterinary services, pet hairdressers, pet taxis and pet insurance.
