Doors produced in Kastamonu are in demand from Arab countries

Doors produced in a factory established in Kastamonu 22 years ago attract attention in Arab countries.

Established by Ahmet Ceritoglu in 2002 in the city center, the factory produces approximately 15 thousand doors per month.

While the factory employs 140 people, the doors produced are exported to countries in Africa and Europe, especially Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Libya and Lebanon, and to the United States.

Nadir Bideci, the production manager of the factory, pointed out to the AA correspondent that 65% of Kastamonu is covered with forests.

Explaining that they are transforming first-class timber obtained from forests into doors, Bideci said, “We are able to offer high-quality doors to the market by combining them with the physical structure of the factory economically, with the competitive advantage of being close to the forest and affordable prices. Our production capacity here is very high. We have the capacity to produce approximately 15 thousand doors per month.”

Stating that the doors produced are in high demand in the country and abroad, Bideci said that they have more than 25 dealers in the country.

Bideci stated that all production takes place in the factory in Kastamonu and said:

“Our customers abroad can reach us via the internet and from our dealers abroad. We export to many countries. Among them, there are countries such as Kuwait, America, Afghanistan, Ivory Coast, Mozambique. We are especially in demand from Arab countries. We are in great demand from Arab countries because of the quality and robustness of our doors, as well as the fact that we produce fire-resistant doors. We did some serious projects last year. This year, we have filled half of our orders from the foreign market.”

Stating that the factory contributed to Kastamonu and Turkiye, Bideci said, “We are among the largest factories investing in the door sector. We are very happy that the doors we produce in Kastamonu go to the world.”

Bideci added that they want to send doors to Turkiye and all over the world by increasing their capacity and improving themselves.
