Dubai Duty Free has been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in the UAE for 2024 in the ‘Very Big Organisation’ category. The ranking was published earlier this year by Khaleej Times as part of its annual workplace awards.
The awards, organised by Khaleej Times in partnership with employee-experience platform WorkL, are based on an employee survey assessing engagement, wellbeing and workplace culture.
Dubai Duty Free received an overall engagement score of 89%. The company was also Highly Commended in the ‘Best Places to Work for 55+ Year Olds’ category.
The engagement score is based on WorkL’s six-step framework:reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction.
