Straddling Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait, Istanbul presents a captivating fusion of ancient and contemporary, providing visitors with a diverse mix of cultures, which has elevated it to one of the most visited cities globally. Tourists can uncover Byzantine and Ottoman influences throughout the city, from architectural marvels like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque to the bustling Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace.

EasyJet holidays offers an extensive selection of beach and city break packages, with bookings available until October 31, 2026.

The introduction of a new route from Bristol to Istanbul follows hot on the heels of easyJet’s recent launch of a twice-weekly service, every Wednesday and Saturday, from Bristol to Agadir in Morocco, which commenced on October 27. In addition, customers will soon be able to fly from Bristol to Tromso in Norway, an exciting new winter destination for the airline, with flights starting on December 5.

These three new routes highlight the ongoing strong demand from easyJet customers in the South West of England, providing even more choice and convenient connections to key European leisure destinations. Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager, commented:”Our brand new service from Bristol to Istanbul provides our customers in the South West with a direct connection to one of Europe’s most popular and culturally exciting cities.
