President Erdoğan Announces Plans to Address Economic Issues
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that the recent economic challenges will be resolved starting from the second half of 2025. Speaking at the 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress of his party in Diyarbakır, Erdoğan emphasized that these difficulties will no longer be a problem.
“We will begin to leave behind the recent economic challenges in the second half of the year, and, God willing, we will eliminate this temporary issue as a concern,” Erdoğan said during his speech.
Highlighting the reforms achieved over the past 22 years, which brought rights and freedoms once considered unattainable, Erdoğan added, “Every one of our 85 million citizens, regardless of their background, belief, sect, or political opinion, has benefited from these rights and freedoms reforms. If there are any shortcomings in areas such as democracy, rights, or freedoms, this is a common issue for all of us, and we must work together to resolve it. Similarly, every inch of this country and every citizen has shared in the benefits of developments in fundamental infrastructure services and macroeconomic achievements.”
