Edenred Unveils New Brand Positioning Focused on Employee Engagement

Edenred has introduced its new brand positioning, “Add More Joy to Life with Edenred,” aimed at strengthening employee engagement at a time when workplace commitment is declining globally.

In a statement, Edenred said the initiative is designed to help companies attract, retain and motivate talent by narrowing the gap between employee expectations and employer goals. The new positioning addresses key elements such as purchasing power, recognition and wellbeing, offering measurable and innovative solutions for workplaces.

Edenred provides services including the Ticket Restaurant meal card, Ticket Gift corporate gift card, and Ticket Car fuel solutions. With its updated brand approach, the company emphasizes the belief that employee engagement is built through small, positive daily experiences that improve work life. These range from enhanced lunch experiences to access to online fitness classes and wellbeing programs.

Digital Campaign Supports the Launch

The launch of the new brand positioning is supported by a digital campaign focusing on moments that make both work and life more enjoyable.

Since 2022, Edenred has expanded its employee engagement ecosystem by acquiring platforms such as Reward Gateway and GoIntegro, enabling the company to offer comprehensive solutions to organizations ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational corporations.

In Türkiye, Edenred provides purchasing power support to meet employees’ basic needs, as well as health solutions such as dietitian and psychological support services, alongside recognition mechanisms that highlight employees’ contributions.

Commenting on the new positioning, Arnaud Erulin, Chief Operating Officer for Benefits and Employee Engagement at Edenred, said employee engagement is a key driver of corporate success.
