The aquaculture and animal products sector has been reaping the fruits of its efforts in the Far East countries, which it has determined as the target market for many years. The sector, which opened to China with dairy products and chicken, now enters Singapore, one of the important countries of the region, which acts as a bridge, with egg sales. As a result of the studies carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for about 3 years, Anka Egg exported table eggs to Singapore for the first time. Anka Egg Chairman Keskin Keskinoglu said that they produced 500 thousand eggs in an area of 147 thousand square meters in Ankara’s Bala district. Keskinoglu stated that they will reach an average daily egg production capacity of 2 million eggs once the entire investment is put into use, adding that they export to nearly 50 countries.
