
Alex Spiro, the chief legal counsel for Elon Musk, has joined the board of directors of Marti, the micro-mobility company. According to a statement from Marti, Spiro will contribute to the company’s future plans and strategic decisions.
A Harvard Law School graduate, Spiro began his career as a prosecutor in New York and is renowned for his success in international legal cases. Recently, he gained attention for his pivotal role in the Twitter lawsuit. Currently serving as Tesla’s legal counsel, Spiro also advises several high-profile companies globally.
Marti founder Oguz Alper Oktem commented on the appointment, stating, “Alex’s extensive experience in the business and policy spheres, along with his collaboration with global tech entrepreneurs, will bring significant value to our company and mission. We are thrilled to work with him.”
