
Emlak Katılım reported a net profit of TRY 13.9 billion in 2025, marking a 59% increase compared with the previous year, as the bank’s total assets reached TRY 410 billion.
According to a statement from the bank, Emlak Katılım maintained its steady growth in 2025, supported by strong financing to the Turkish economy and a sustainable growth vision aligned with participation banking principles.
During the year, the bank expanded its areas of activity while preserving strong financial performance. Through effective balance sheet management and efficiency-focused strategies, it further strengthened its financial structure.
Strong Growth in Financing and Funds
Emlak Katılım increased the resources it provided to the Turkish economy by 95% year-on-year to TRY 290 billion. Over the same period, funds collected rose to TRY 311 billion, while total assets climbed to TRY 410 billion.
The bank’s extended financing volume grew by 108% year-on-year. With a capital adequacy ratio of 19.79%, Emlak Katılım reinforced its solid position within the sector. Backed by a strong capital base and effective risk management, the bank closed 2025 with a return on equity of 55%.
New Subsidiaries Launched
In line with its strategic growth vision, Emlak Katılım established two key subsidiaries in 2025.
With the launch of Emlak Katılım Tasarruf Finansman, the bank entered the savings finance sector. Following its start of operations, the company attracted strong demand and quickly reached a significant scale, delivering a robust initial performance in the sector.
During the same period, the bank also founded a Portfolio Management Company, which offers transparent and sustainable portfolio management services in line with participation finance principles. Through the funds to be established, the company aims to contribute to the deepening of capital markets and to support the financing of the housing sector, particularly via real estate investment funds.
