Enuygun.com has rolled out Wingie Talkie, an AI-powered solution designed to provide multilingual services in call centers, eliminating the need for hiring representatives fluent in multiple languages.
According to the company’s statement, the technology enables Turkish-speaking call center agents to respond in their native language while AI instantly translates and voices their words in the caller’s preferred language. Likewise, the customer’s speech is translated into Turkish and displayed in text for the agent, ensuring seamless communication.
Co-Founder of Enuygun.com, Nihan Çolak Erol, said the solution addresses one of the biggest operational challenges for global travel companies: managing multilingual call centers.
“Our Wingie Talkie technology allows our Turkish call center team to handle calls from different countries. AI instantly translates and voices sentences, delivering them to users worldwide in their native or selected languages,” Erol explained.
“For example, if a Spanish-speaking traveler in Madrid misses a connection, Wingie Talkie connects them to a Turkish-speaking agent within seconds. The traveler manages the process in Spanish, while the agent immediately reissues the ticket in Turkish.”
Keeping Jobs in Turkey
Erol underlined that while many global players set up call centers abroad to overcome language barriers, Enuygun chose to keep both investment and employment in Turkey. The company’s Istanbul-based tech team developed Wingie Talkie, enabling local staff to serve customers worldwide.
Currently, Enuygun provides services in 27 countries and 19 languages under its global brand Wingie, reaching over 18 million app downloads and users from 165 countries.
Erol highlighted that multilingual calls have already improved customer satisfaction and reduced call resolution times:
- Waiting times in foreign language queues dropped by 60%,
- 10% of global calls are now handled through Wingie Talkie,
- Agents deliver multilingual service stress-free while speaking only Turkish.
AI Models Behind the Technology
During the testing phase, the company experimented with models from Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic, as well as other AI systems retrained and optimized for specific tasks.
Erol added that Wingie Talkie will continue to evolve with advanced features such as sentiment analysis, automated performance tracking, and real-time agent assistance. In the medium term, data gathered from calls will also feed into decision-support processes to further boost both customer experience and operational efficiency.
“Wingie Talkie won’t just translate calls—it will learn from every interaction to deliver faster, more accurate, and more personalized support,” Erol said.
