Eurocontrol: 3 Turkish airports entered the top 10 for European flights

According to the determination made by the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (EuroControl), it was noteworthy that 3 Turkish airports entered the top 10 in the European flights carried out yesterday.

According to the determination made by the EuroControl, Amsterdam was the airport with the most flights on April 27, with 830, followed by Istanbul IGA with 818 flights.

While IGA flights increased by 15% compared to 2 weeks ago, they decreased by 36% compared to the same period of 2019. In the same period, Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport ranked 7th in the list with 580 flights.

Sabiha Gokcen flights increased by 12% compared to 2 weeks ago. It was noteworthy that the flights were only 13% behind in 2019. On 27 June, 577 flights took place from Antalya Airport, which ranks 9th on the list. The figure has increased by 77% compared to 2 weeks ago, and decreased by 41% compared to 2019.
