STOXX Europe 600 index performs best, up 0.73%
European stock markets ended their three-day dropping streak, closing higher on Wednesday.
The STOXX Europe 600, which includes around 90% of the market capitalization of the European market in 17 countries, increased 3.2 points, or 0.73%, to finish at 444.3 points.
London’s FTSE 100 rose 39.4 points,or 0.53%, to 7,425, while Germany’s DAX 30 gained 37.5 points, or 0.27%, to end the day at 13,793.
France’s CAC 40 went up by 30.7 points, or 0.48%, to 6,445.
Italy’s FTSE MIB climbed 148.3 points, or 0.63%, to close at 23,830.
Spain’s IBEX 35 shot up 38.4 points, or 0.46%, to end the day at 8,477.
