Fenerbahce-Kalamis Marina will be privatized for 40 years

“Fenerbahce-Kalamis Marina”, owned by Turkish Maritime Lines Inc., will be privatized for 40 years by the method of “granting the operating rights”.

The announcement of the Privatization Administration regarding the tender was published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the tender will be held by the method of bargaining by receiving bids from more than one bidder in a closed envelope and making negotiations and will be concluded by the auction to be held with the participation of the bidders whose negotiations are continuing.

In the tender, where the amount of provisional bond is determined as ₺30 million, bids can be submitted until July 7.

Real and legal persons and joint venture groups (OGG) will be able to participate in the tender.

Mutual funds can only be included in the tender by being included in OGG. OGG may not be comprised of only investment funds, but companies with legal personality, of which mutual funds are shareholders, will be able to bid individually or as included in OGG.
