Users with NFC (Near Field Communication) enabled phones will now be able to easily obtain a password from the ‘Get Password with New Identity Information’ step in Garanti BBVA Mobile.
At the beginning of the pandemic process, Garanti BBVA offered a video call service via its mobile application in order to facilitate the lives of its customers who do not have a bank card, so that they can obtain a password without going to the branch.
Users who have phones with NFC technology can now get a password without even having to do a video call.
Users who do not have a bank or credit card, or who forget their card password, will be able to get a new password and log into Garanti BBVA Mobile easily thanks to this feature.
