It was announced that the number of tourists visiting Antalya by air on 1-18 July in Antalya was 1 million 514 thousand 216.
Antalya Governor Ersin Yazici reminded that 7 million 37 thousand 883 tourists came to the city by air from January 1 to July 18, and said that the increase in tourism data in Antalya continues this year.
Stating that they offer four seasons of tourism with their unique weather, deep blue sea, beaches, quality facilities, lush nature and history, Yazici pointed out that the city has made a good start to the season.
Governor Yazici said:
“In 2022, 5 million 658 thousand 218 tourists visited our city by air from January 1 to July 18. In the same period of this year, 7 million 37 thousand 883 tourists came and there was an increase of 24%. While the number of tourists visiting the city by air on 1-18 July was 1 million 514 thousand 216, this figure was 1 million 373 thousand 704 in the same period of last year. In 2019, which is called the ‘year of records’ in tourism, 1 million 487 thousand 528 tourists visited the city by air on the same dates.”
