With the railway connection provided over the Kapikule-Halkali line, the first of the voyages between Bahcesehir and Halkali, the last stop of Marmaray, was carried out in the early morning today.
Citizens traveling on the first expedition expressed their satisfaction with the start of the suburban expeditions, which offer fast and easy access to the line in question.
TWO ROUNDS IN THE MORNING AND EVENING HOURS
According to the information received from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure officials, Halkali-Bahcesehir suburban services will be carried out twice in the morning and in the evening.
The flights will start at 06.30 in the morning from Halkali and at 07.00 from Bahcesehir, and in the evening from Halkali at 18.30 and from Bahcesehir at 19.00.
ROUNDS WILL LAST 22 MINUTES
Suburban flights will take 22 minutes on the 13,5-kilometer Halkali-Bahcesehir line.
Istanbulkart will also be valid for suburban operations to be carried out with Marmaray train sets with 5 wagons and 1,637 passenger capacity.
