Housing lands in Istanbul in Bakirkoy Senlik District, Basaksehir Bahcesehir 2nd Section District, Beylikduzu Kavakli District, Buyukcekmece Karaagac District, Catalca Kaleici District, Maltepe Atisokulu District, Pendik Esenyali District, Sile Hacikasim District, Arnavutkoy Haracci District; In Sancaktepe Samandira Neighborhood, a total of 169 lands, including commercial and residential lands, will be offered for sale.
25% DOWN PAYMENT AND 24 MONTHS MATURITY OPPORTUNITY
An auction will be held in Kucukcekmece on April 5-6 for the lands whose prices start from ₺127 thousand 755.
The lands will be offered for sale in cash or with a 25% down payment and a maturity of 24 months.

BUYERS STARTED LOOKING AT LANDS
Istanbulites who want to invest in a house or an investment began to visit the lands.
