Housing prices have increased the most in Aydin in April 2021

According to this, Aydin took the top with 5.8% among the provinces where the average square meter prices in houses for sale increased the most in the last month. It was followed by Manisa with 5.4%, Balikesir with 4.2%, Canakkale with 4.1% and Samsun with 3.9%. There was an increase of 3% in Hatay and Antalya, 2.9% in Denizli, 2.8% in Istanbul and 2.6% in Konya.

In the last month, Antalya was the city that earned the most for its investors among 5 major cities. Antalya was followed by Istanbul, Izmir (1.4%), Ankara (0.8%) and Bursa (0.7%), respectively.

Districts with the highest increase in housing prices for sale

Index data showing the rise in real estate prices also revealed the dynamism in the prices of houses for sale in the districts.

Basaksehir, Bagcilar, Gaziosmanpasa, Sariyer and Izmir Foca took the lead among the districts that have earned their buyers the most in the last 1 month in Turkey, with an increase of 11 to 13%.

Esenler was among the districts in Istanbul, whose sale prices increased by more than 7% in the last month.

Cankaya in Ankara and Foca in Izmir lead the price increase

In Ankara, in the last month, Cankaya is at the top of the districts with the highest increase in housing prices with 2.7%, while Golbasi followed Cankaya with 2.6%, Polatli with 2.2%, Sincan with 1.4%, and Mamak with 0.6%.

In Izmir, 12.7% in Foca, 9.1% in Dikili, 8.9% in Narlidere, 7.3% in Guzelbahce and 4.3% in Balcova.

In Antalya, Alanya took the lead with an increase of 9.4%, followed by Dosemealti with 4.1%, Muratpasa with 3%, Konyaalti and Kepez with 2.8%.

“Summer regions lead the price increase”

Hurriyet Real Estate Co-General Manager Zeynep Tandogan, who made evaluations regarding the data in the statement, stated that Aydin, Manisa, Balikesir, Canakkale, Samsun, Hatay, Antalya, Denizli, Istanbul and Konya are among the most valued provinces in terms of average square meter prices in residential properties.

Tandogan said, “The fact that summer regions are again on the list determines the direction of the investment. Regions close to the sea or in nature where summer can be lived continue to gain value. We anticipate that this course will continue throughout the epidemic process.”
