Intetra Technology to Go Public; IPO Set for August 26-27

Intetra Technology and Information Services Inc., a company focused on the digital transformation of transportation and mobility infrastructure, is preparing to go public, with its shares to be offered through the stock market on August 26-27, 2026. The IPO will be led by Bulls Investment, with 25% of the company’s capital being offered to the public.

The company, which has around 21 years of experience in smart transportation systems, has evolved from technology imports and integration into a domestic technology and engineering company developing its own software, hardware and technology infrastructure.

TL 2.14 billion IPO

Under the IPO, 30 million TL nominal-value shares will be issued through a capital increase, while another 10 million TL nominal-value shares will be offered through a shareholder sale, bringing the total offering to 40 million shares.

The IPO price has been set at TL 53.60 per share, implying an expected IPO size of approximately TL 2.144 billion.

Intetra Technology shares will be traded on the Borsa Istanbul Star Market following the IPO. The shares are also eligible for the Participation Index, while the company’s public float will stand at 25%.

Investors will be able to participate in the offering on August 26-27 under the ticker INTET.HE.

IPO proceeds to fund technology and international expansion

Intetra plans to use the proceeds from the offering to increase technology and R&D investments, strengthen its software and product development capabilities, improve its production infrastructure and accelerate international expansion.

The company currently has operations and business development activities in markets including the United States, Denmark, Albania, Kazakhstan and Romania, as it seeks to expand the technologies developed in Türkiye into international markets.

CEO: IPO marks a new growth phase

Intetra Technology CEO Muhammed Alyürük described the IPO as a strategic milestone in the company’s growth and transformation journey.

Alyürük said the company develops, manufactures, integrates and operates technologies in areas including smart transportation systems, electronic toll collection, traffic management, connected transportation, rail systems and digital mobility.

He said the company intends to use the IPO proceeds to strengthen its technology and R&D capabilities, increase product and software development capacity, improve its production infrastructure and accelerate growth in international markets.

Strong focus on AI and connected mobility

Intetra is also developing technologies based on artificial intelligence, data analytics, connected vehicles, advanced sensor systems and digital payment infrastructure.

Its ongoing R&D projects include an AI-based next-generation adaptive intersection management system, a connected intelligent transportation systems corridor, a high-speed weighing system and a GNSS-based digital vehicle wallet.

The company aims to develop transportation systems in which roads, vehicles, traffic infrastructure, payment systems and control centers operate as an integrated digital ecosystem.

Revenue rose 50% in 2025

According to figures cited by the company, Intetra’s revenue increased 50% year-on-year to TL 2.57 billion in 2025, while gross profit rose 21% to TL 793.9 million.

In the first quarter of 2026, revenue increased 104% year-on-year to TL 629 million, while operating profit reached TL 121.6 million. As of March 31, 2026, the company’s total assets stood at TL 3.4 billion, with shareholders’ equity at TL 1.8 billion.
