Intetra Technology’s TL 2.14 Billion IPO Attracts TL 3.6 Billion in Demand

Intetra Technology and Information Services’ initial public offering (IPO) attracted strong interest from investors, with demand exceeding TL 3.6 billion.

The IPO, led by Bulls Investment, was held on August 26-27, 2026, with the company’s shares offered at a fixed price of TL 53.60 per share. A total of 40 million shares were offered to investors, resulting in an IPO size of TL 2.144 billion. Following the offering, the company’s public float reached 25%.

Demand reached 170% of shares offered

According to unfiltered data released by Borsa Istanbul, the IPO received 67.92 million share orders through 662,947 applications.

The demand therefore amounted to approximately 170% of the 40 million shares offered.

At the IPO price of TL 53.60 per share, the total monetary value of the demand reached approximately TL 3.64 billion.

653,433 investors received shares

After duplicate applications were eliminated, the IPO was completed with 653,433 valid orders, and all 40 million shares offered were sold.

The vast majority of participating investors were domestic individual investors. According to the final allocation figures, 651,837 domestic individual investors received shares.

IPO proceeds reach TL 2.14 billion

Intetra Technology raised a total of TL 2.144 billion through the IPO.

Of the 40 million shares offered, 30 million shares were issued through a capital increase, while 10 million shares were sold by existing shareholders.

The company plans to use the proceeds to support its technology and R&D investments, expand its product and software development capabilities, strengthen its production infrastructure and accelerate its international growth.

Focus on smart transportation technologies

Intetra Technology operates in areas including smart transportation systems, electronic toll collection, traffic management, connected transportation technologies, rail systems and digital mobility.

The company aims to leverage its engineering and technology capabilities to expand both in Türkiye and international markets.

The shares began trading on Borsa Istanbul under the ticker INTET on September 1, 2026, on the Star Market.
