Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an ex officio investigation against TÜSİAD President Orhan Turan over statements made during the general assembly, on charges of “publicly spreading misleading information” and “attempting to influence a fair trial.”
According to reports aired on some television channels, TÜSİAD President Orhan Turan was taken to the courthouse to give his statement.
