İş Real Estate Investment Company (İş GYO), part of the İşbank Group, has sold its 1,355-square-meter plot in Beşiktaş for USD 24.24 million, excluding VAT. According to the company’s disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the sales price will be collected in 12 monthly installments in Turkish lira.
Beşiktaş, one of Istanbul’s most valuable districts in terms of real estate, continues to attract major investment interest. İş GYO confirmed the transaction in its official statement, noting that the buyer is a non-related legal entity.
The company’s announcement regarding the Beşiktaş land sale stated:
“In line with the Board of Directors’ resolution dated 25.11.2025, the property owned by our Company located in Istanbul Province, Beşiktaş District, Dikilitaş Neighborhood, block 1342, parcel 8, with a land area of 1,355 m², has been sold for USD 24,240,000 excluding VAT to an unrelated legal entity on a deferred basis. The sales price will be collected in 12 monthly installments in Turkish lira, and the title deed transfer will be completed following full payment of the sales amount.”
