The Istanbul Economic Summit 2025, set to take place on 11–12 December at Çırağan Palace, will bring together leading figures from global business, investment, innovation and policy. Now in its 9th edition, the summit will host representatives from more than 50 countries, covering key agenda items such as global economy, sustainability, healthcare, automotive, energy, telecommunications, industry, finance, education, digital transformation, entrepreneurship and international investment.
Held under the main theme “New Balances & Global Partnerships,” the summit will focus on the global implications of geopolitical realignments, economic shifts and sustainable investment trends. Panels will explore Türkiye’s strategic position, the evolving needs of the business world, emerging international investment opportunities, and ongoing digital and green transformation efforts.
Senior public officials, international investors, diplomatic representatives, business leaders and academics will gather to assess new cooperation prospects and future investment pathways.
High-level speakers from the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), IFC, UNDP, UN Women, the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Microsoft, Google, IBM, Vodafone and other international institutions will take part in the summit.
Special Reception on “World Peace”
On the evening of 11 December, following a series of B2B meetings, a special reception themed “World Peace” will be held. The event will open with peace messages delivered by ambassadors and consuls general from more than 50 countries serving in Türkiye.
Supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the night will feature a “Seven Regions of Anatolia” dance performance, concluding with a special World Peace–themed fashion show.
Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony to Conclude the Summit
On 12 December, a gala dinner accompanied by a performance from the Enbe Orchestra will bring together VIP participants. The evening will also host the Istanbul Golden Values Awards, honoring the most successful individuals and institutions of the year.
